COMFY + SELF LOVE STUFF

This past year has made me realize I need things that feel like a HUG. I want escape within my own confines. These are a few of my favorite things to get there! XO -Heidi

  1. My friend Jenny sent me this adult coloring book during those brutal months. It’s a good one! I just love encouragement with cuss words.

  2. GOOD SAM Chocolate! The best d*mn dark chocolate on the market. Sugar-free without sacrificing taste. I eat a couple nibs before bed. No one’s perfect but this bar is also totally guilt-free.

  3. Facial Globes. Leave these babies in the freezer overnight and then massage them over your clean face in the AM to depuff and brighten.

  4. Birkenstocks. Comfy AF! I don’t care what you think I look like in these. They remind me of college and going to class in my pajamas. Ahhhhhh.

  5. GOOP “The Martini” emotional detox bath soak is the BEST. A good friend gave me as a gift and I loved it so much, I continue to purchase.

  6. Tempur-Pedic eye mask. Ok, I’m so in love I’ve purchased four of these. It’s the best eye mask on the market and I’ve been using one since I was 21. Nothing compares. It’s like a pillow for your eyes at night. Dreamy.

  7. Weighted blanket. A must to combat anxiety and stress!

  8. The best d*mn white noise machine. I’ve owned several. We have three of this one now though! One for each bedroom. Sleep is sacred in my house.

  9. Butter by Keba. Or really anything by Keba. Her body butter is luxurious and highly moisturizing. The scent “Unity Code” is out of this world, totally unique and my other fave!

  10. This puzzle is hard but I’m always so satisfied when we finish it. One of the few puzzles i’ve considered gluing and framing because it’s that pretty.

  11. Flowering tea. You’re going to feel so boujee sipping on this!

  12. LANEIGE Lip mask is my go-to gloss/balm, especially during the winter months. I keep one in my beauty cabinet and one in my purse.

  13. The Diptyque fig tree scent is delicious and takes me away to Italy in my mind. I have them all over our home!
